This business was providing labour intensive services to a range of utilities. Mike Sewell worked with the company to understand the value being created, identify how the business added value to the utilities cash flow by managing data flow, and develop the founder’s exit strategy. Mike helped the business entrench itself as part of the utilities value chain – and delivered real value to the utilities, the business (and the new owners) when the founder sold his interest to a publicly listed entity.
